OWWW !! It feels like someone is sticking a needle in my big toe - what's going on ?

I had the same thing not long ago and went to the dr. after weeks of pain and had a hair line crack in my bone and don't even remember kicking anything! It sucks! I've never broken any bones! Nothing they can do though but give you a big boot shoe thing that helped nothing... Id have it checked out though worst case that is what it is and maybe get some good pills :)
