Because he sees the creation of a Jewish state in 1948 at the expense of Palestinians as an injustice to the Palestinians. In his view Jews were dispersed over the world for hundreds of years, and Palestinians during that time gained the right to live as rightful inhabitants in the country. In his view the west was responsible for chasing the Jews back to Palestine because of their cruelty to Jews in WW2. Therefore he claims the west should take in the Jews and let the Palestinians live in Palestine. His hatred comes from the (in his view) two faced position the USA has taken to back Israël. Security Council resolutions against Israeli occupation were not enforced, while muslim nations get bombed when they do not comply. This makes the injustice even bigger and he is determined to wipe the state of Isreal off the map. This is not my personal view though. I just answered your question.

1. israel forced 2 million palestinians from their homes in 1948 and 1967 in an example of ethnic cleansing
2. israel continues to illegally occupy the west bank and gaza, killing many innocent civilians and children every month
3. israel, with the help of the US, is able to break international law and suffer no consequences
4. israel is building an illegal apartheid wall that is a massive land grab, taking significant parts of the west bank and leaving a non-viable palestinian area
5. israel is preventing palestinians returning to their country in order to further their goal of ethnically cleansing the territories
6. the iranian president can do nothing to seriously affect israel and therefore can take a hard line because it means nothing
by the way, iran is not an arab country (ref to another answerer)

I'll quote Pagan Rebirth:
"Israel resides on land stolen from Muslims by the UN. The Iranian president is just telling the truth. Everyone hates the speakers of truth."
He hates Israel because of the Zionism that runs them and the majority of the other "Western" nations. Zionism is just as threatening as extremist Islam--but it is covered up.

Because Israel is a colonial power expanding into the Middle East, supported by the western powers. They see Israel is an agent of western colonial powers. Iran has suffered under western colonial powers through the Shah's regime that was installed by the CIA. So, they have a long standing quarrel with the West about our interventions in their countries. Latin American also have similar gripes, and they are starting to challenge the US also.

Great question.
Iran's president hates jews because he was raised to hate jews, surrounded by an entire culture that hates jews.
Now why do Arabs hate Jews?
I've heard rants and raves and a bunch of stuff that was rediculous, but nothing to date as to how this whole arab/jew thing got started. It's rediculous to suggest it's about Palestine. That happend half a century ago. What about the thousands of years before that? Sons of Abraham? Maybe. This is rather mythological in nature.
I don't think there is a reasonable explanation, although someone actually raised in that environment will be happy to repeat all the hate dogma for you.
All I know is Jews don't strap bombs to their own 16-year-old daughters and get them to blow themselves up in a Damascus shopping mall. But for some reason, Arabs find that acceptable.
That is some hatred they got goin on there...

Because Israel defiantly stands up for freedom & democracy and opposes oppressive Muslim dictatorships. Thoughout history, certain groups have always tried to kill the Jews and today Muslims are that group. I believe that the Jews are God's chosen people and there is a spiritual battle going on behind the events we see.
P.S. The answer below mine is laughable- that Israel is a colonial power expanding their territory. LOL. Gimme a break. Have you seen a map lately!!
