there is a tribe, i believe in Africa, that eats a VERY high fiber diet. they are born with the same body as you and i, but in early age the stomach swells to many times the size of ours, strictly because they have to eat more food for the same nutritional value. the body is an amazing thing and will do whatever it can to adapt to it's environment, hence the reason obesity is so prevelant in america today.. we have a high suger diet and the body has adjusted! now that doesn't mean you'll grow multiple chambers, but from an outside appearance the stomach will be much larger than other people, and not from fat.

Bovines are ruminants and have 4 stomachs. Were you referring to a raw diet?

Yep. The stomach separates into four portions, starting with the rumen, so they can burp up stuff they swallowed and chew on it at leisure. You can hear them in the back row of the movie theatres.....
