I have seen this at dealers like Carmax and Enterprise. They give you a price and say this is it no more no less. What If I want to make an offer? will they not accept the offer?
Please advise!

One can only try and see, however you should check on line for pricing and in the on line Kelly blue book or with your local bank. Get all the information you can before making an offer.

You can try, but my experience is that they will NOT haggle. They will just explain their no haggle policy over and over again until you leave.

If you don't like the price, there's many other places to shop, shop elsewhere if you believe you can get a better price

I've never seen or heard of one accepting any lower offers. You can however haggle on your trade-in or usually on extended warranties.
