It IS Amaretto. It's a brand name, one of the best ones you can get in a mainstream liquor store. Try it in an Amaretto Stone Sour:
1 part amaretto almond liqueur
1 part sweet and sour mix
1 part orange juice
Shake and serve over ice in a tall glass.
(BTW-I highly recommend this website, good mixology!)

Yes, I use it at work in recipes all the time. It makes great truffles. It's also delicious on it's own, or mixed with cola. Very similar to Ammaretto.

it is an excellent alcohol. mix a shot with a glass of light beer, its tastes just like a Dr. Pepper.
