I was goin out w/ this guy and then we broke up because he was a jerk. That was 2 years ago and now i think he's really grown up. He asked me to be his GF. Should i do it?

i would just date him for a little while (meaning: its not official and yall can date other people) people change alot in two years..and he will continue to change. i say see how it goes when yall date and then decide if you want it to be official

Well if deep down in your heart you think that this guy has changed, go for it. You can always break up with him again if he's still a jerk.

It's possible. I say you guys start off slow, get to know him again. Make sure you see that he has matured from 2 years of life. If things work out, then it will.

Go slowly and very carefully here.
Did he change or did you? Or maybe you both did! We humans have a habit of that you know.

try being friends first and see if he has grown up if so and you do still care for him date hime but go into it all slowly this might be the time for ya'll wich wasn't then but it also might not be so take it slow and follow your heart
