It really is wrong to hate family. Everyone in our lives has flaws and maybe that is your dads flaw. I think the best thing is you need to sit down with him and talk to him. I know you really do not hate him. You may think he is standing in the way of your happiness but really he might be protecting you from something bad. I think you need to ask him why he is stopping you from doing those things. Since you said you are still in school you are most likely underage and living in his house, he has the right to tell you what you can and can not do. Once you are an adult you will be able to make those choices.

The Bible says u should only hate evil and things tat are wrong. If ur parents are not normal u can hate the way they treat u but not them unless they are evil. I hate ppl cause of the things they do because its not right and they should change

Spring, it is never right to hate. Hate gets in ones soul and can eat away at you like a cancer. Hate will age you before your time, cause ulcers and anxiety. It can cloud your view on life, and can cause you to have a narrow minded view of others who don't agree with your view point. I hope your father hasn't influenced you to become as hateful as he is. You will learn to see the world completely different if you avoid being hateful.

Depends on how mean and what he does when he is. If you are mentally abused you can seek help. If you have close trustful family talk to them or one of them, tell it like it is..
