Italian style pickled veggies. You find them on the regular pickle aisle. They usually contain cauliflower, pearl onions, carrots, pickle slices, wax peppers, and celery. They come in regular or hot. The brand I buy (Mazzetta) has exactly 5 calories per serving.

I can eat the whole jar.

Watch out for the salt. Lot's of it! I suppose you could rinse them in water to remove a lot of the salt, but the flavor will go too.

Cabbage Soup from the diet. It has a whole pot full of vegetable and does require that you burn more calories to digest it than the soup contains. The more soup you eat the more weight you lose.

yes. Dill pickles have no calories, and they are very good. You might look into more vegetables. I don't think you can overeat vegetables unless it's corn or potatoes, the starchy ones. But green vegetables, eat as many as you like.
