1st: If you haven't already...order your free credit report at https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp

2nd: Once you have your credit report...or as soon as you pull your credit report....inspect your open accounts, the total inquiries (or times your credit report states a credit card company pulled your credit history) and check your address for inaccuracies

3rd: Once you have determined a list of inaccuracies write them down on a letter and send three copies to the following three credit bureaus:

EQUIFAX:

Equifax Credit Information Services, Inc
P.O. Box 740241
Atlanta, GA 30374

EXPERIAN:

CreditExpert Customer Care
PO Box 19729
Irvine, CA 92623-9729

TRANS UNION:

TransUnion
Post Office Box 2000
Chester, PA 19022

4th: MAKE SURE YOU PUT THAT THEY HAVE ONLY 30days to investigate your claim...they must get back to you in 30days otherwise they must take that off your credit report even if it's truly your fault (but don't take advantage of this...i wouldn't)

Innacurate files, especially if they are in a derogatory status can significantly impact your credit score AND the possibility of qualifying to make purchases such as a home or a car..often times even a credit card!

PLUS, your interest rates can be much better with a higher credit score, which could potentially save you hundreds of dollars per month in interest payments!

Unfortunately, as unfair as it is, for many people, poor credit is a reality... UNTIL NOW!

With BetterCreditPro, we follow all the laws of the Fair Credit Reporting Act to dispute and attempt to eliminate any inaccurate files on your credit report.

We make it easy for you to take advantage of our great offer. We'll do everything from helping you pull your credit file, to discussing with you which files are inaccurate, and then we will send all the letters to all three credit reporting agencies to dispute and attempt to eliminate the inaccurate information which should raise your credit score, and thus your borrowing power.

There is a lobbying group called JONAS that repairs credit reports with the assistance of a federal agency. They have been successful in removing liens, judgments, bankruptcies, charge-offs, etc.

They also have been successful in getting judgments voided and liens removed based on the findings of the federal agency.

If you want more info on JONAS, email me at white_hare@hotmail.com
