I was at work, and this guy and I were talking and under the table he grabs my knee and squeezes it and then did the same thing, but higher, like on my thigh. Why does guys do that? What is that supposed to imply?

You seem to be a little naive. But if you felt uncomfortable, you should have slap the piss out of him,and explained why you did it later. That was very unruly and if you didn't want that to happen stay away from him. And also, confide in someone you know. So that someone other than you and him knows whats going on.. And if he tries it again confront him and let him know that you don't like it. And if he tries you again, then go to the proper authority..

Sweetie i have to say you may have a sexual harassment case, if you dont like this guy, i would get his a**. NOw on the other hand if you have been leading him on somehow(which i dont think you are, cuz then you wouldnt have asked this question!)then you have to tell him to leave you alone! If he persists you can get him fired and put in jail! Hes basically looking for a lay! Guys dont know very much, but they always come up with the dumbest ways to show a girl that they want to have sex with them! If you dont like this guy watch yourself with him, he may do nething he can to get you in bed! DONT TRUST HIM! I dont wana be rude to all guys out there, cuz im engaged to the love of my life and he wouldnt do something like that!

He's trying to see if you are open to him grabbing you. Why on earth are you even worried about what he's up to? Why isn't your concern your reaction to it? Who cares what he wants, the fact is that if you are at work this behavior is inappropriate and should be stopped immediately.

You should have stopped him when he was touching your knees and not let him go up to your thighs. Now he knows you are an easy target to get you into the sack.

You can do what i did when someone at work kept touching me inappropriately!
This was at a taco stand back in the early 90s... he kept touching my waist as he moved behind me and totally didn't have to do that to get by... so... I announced loudly to a room full of people...
"IF YOU TOUCH ME ONE MORE TIME, I AM GOING TO REPORT YOU FOR SEXUAL HARRASSMENT"
He never did it again.

He is getting aroused by grabbing your knee so report him to HR. Bad idea going out with a coworker unless u hate your job.

If a guy says he's not any longer solid sufficient for then you he's not. SO enable those adult males bypass because they are insecure adult males. a guy will come alongside and picture he's solid sufficient for you yet make confident he's not so smug and prefer a jerk because those adult males are not any further solid for anybody. the right guy will come for you and hey they are probable too frightened to seek for suggestion from with you because worry of rejection adult males and females are more advantageous alike than human beings understand you'll discover that an analogous volume of adult males that are afraid to ask out an outstanding capture like your self are merely as terrified of you a alluring lady rejecting them as a woman is terrified of a guy that each female has a weigh down on will reject them. Its obvious, he likes you, he's flirting, now that you didn't do anything about it he thinks it OK it grab you, he'll probly do some worse, if you don't like him or you want him to stop then report him to your boss or his boss A.S.A.P. Report him even if you don't want him to stop, thats inappropriate behavior for work, both you and him will get bad reputation, this behavior needs to stop NOW!!! Go to your boss or his boss and talk to them about it after work, after he leaves, I hope i helped.

You know what it implies. If you didn't cuss him out or slap him upside the head he now thinks it was OK with you and he'll probably do something worse.
