First of all, I think she should ask your friend's doctor about being on the pill. I believe that she will probably need to stop taking it while she is producing breastmilk.
As far as your concerns go, producing milk now should not affect your girlfriend's ability to conceive children later. Most likely though, your girlfriend's breasts will change as do most women's after breastfeeding. I think what she is doing is very admirable, but the appearance of your breasts after breastfeeding can be very shocking for some women, so just make sure that she is prepared.

If she wants to help then the best way would be to stop taking the pill because that will affect the babies. Also if she drinks alcohol or has any medication or smokes DO NOT help out because that could lead to illnesses later on in the kid's life . IF SHES GOOD AND HEALTHY GO FOR IT if not then don't.

If i grew to become into confronted with a infant who's screaming and did no longer have something to eat i might pump and supply the child the milk. earlier that they had bottles if the mummy died and the child did no longer they stumbled on yet another nursing mom to take the child. I had no subject with feeding my infant in public. that's organic. that's what God invented breasts for. i did no longer enable my husband drink the child's milk. I extremely would not have enable him try this as quickly as the child is ingesting. there is something majorly incorrect with that. i think of in case you asked properly thought out questions. that are precise capitalised and punctuated you may get greater effective responses.

I'm not certain that it can even be done. If it's even possible, then she'll need a doctor's assistance with medications that will trick her body into believing that she has a need to produce milk. So the doctor should be able to advise of any possible risks or side effects. A woman who is not in advanced stages of pregnancy or who has never had children shouldn't be able to produce milk.

She should go with your friend to see the pediatrician to see if this would be ok. I don't think you can be on the pill while breast feeding.
Your friend should probably put her babies on formula.
