You need a corsage if it is formal. If that seems outdated or if it isn't a formal try a few flowers. She will love them. Buy a disposable camera to capture the good times. Practice some dance moves in the mirror so you become comfortable. When you go out with the girl, open her door, offer her your jacket, escort her around but don't breathe down her neck. Give her space but don't ignore her. There is a fine line. Most importantly...BE YOURSELF! She will like you for who you are and don't be so nervous that you can't calm down. Don't forget to wear deoderant. Ask her to dance and don't wait for her to ask you. Have fun and be home in time so that you don't piss off your parents. Nothing ruins a fun night like getting home and getting in trouble by mom and dad :)

ask her what color her dress is and get her a corsage? A wrist one would be nice so she does not have to pin it on her dress. Figure out transportation there (if you cannot drive). Make sure you shower and use deodorant! Shine your shoes or polish them if needed. Have mints or gum in your pocket and maybe a couple Kleenex just in case. Will you be meeting up before for dinner? Will you go out after? Those are things to think about. Make sure you use your manners and open and close doors for her (we like that, especially when we are dressed up)! Let her know how beautiful she looks and look her parents in the eye when you speak to them. If she has a curfew, make sure that you have her home on time and drive safe! Have a great time!!! :)

Buy her a homecoming mum, and pick her up in a clean car. Make sure to ring the doorbell and not sit outside and honk, my best friend did that in H.S and her dad wouldn't let her go then. There is 3 good pointers. Oh, don't forget the camera to capture those moments.

Limo (or whatever transportation), corsage for her, extra cash just in case, & don't forget to take a shower! Also, don't wear too much cologne; it sucks to slow dance with a guy who smells like he bathed in axe.

Take a good shower to be clean and buy some nice cologne, but do not use too much. Aqua Di'gio is good.

Relax and have a great time!
I bet my hubby would have brought my mom flowers if we'd been dating back then.

Try to think about the great time you are going to have. If you are in knots over it, it will not be any fun.
