I say try not to have the kids in the car if you're drinking at all. Even better you shouldn't get behind the wheel either, that way they'll have a dad to yell at about the music being loud. Try to listen to it in the house, with earphones, you can turn it up as loud as you like without disturbing anyone.

DO NOT DRIVE WHILE DRUNK! Real simple. As far as your children go, don't damage their hearing. Keep them out of the car while you play your noise that loud. I use that phrase because anything above reasonable decibel levels is noise.

I can't believe that you would have children in a car when you are drunk. Take your children to a safe place and then crank up your car stereo as loud as you want. Please have consideration for your children.
