What set of rules do you live by? Some hold that you only date one person at a time. Is that what you do? Others say that you can date as many as you wish until a commitment such as an engagement is made to one person. Do you follow that idea? Also, how far do you go on dates? If you go far enough, that immediately leads to dating one person at a time as a matter of safety. I am guessing you don't have a safety issue by the reaction to kissing. Also, be honest with your boyfriends about what set of rules you follow. It is that simple.

Yes you should know that you cheated on your boyfriend. He couldn't just out of nowhere kiss you. There is more here than you're telling.
However, if there are other things that you don't like about your boyfriend and you like about other guys time for you to be on your own because you will end up doing more than kissing.

It seems to me there is something missing in your relationship with your current boyfriend if he cannot show you affection in the form of a lovely kiss. I can tell. Plus, it was so EASY for you to kiss your friend who I suspect wants to be your INTIMATE FRIEND, if you catch my drift, dear.
Ask yourself why did you kiss the other man. Be real with yourself. It makes no difference if you go with the other guy or not, either; you need to leave your current boyfriend, and dump him if you ask yourself these questions and you find that the answers are your current boyfriend does not really fulfill you or make you happy.

If you're attracted to someone else and you're not attracted to your boyfriend, then do him the service of breaking up with him now before he spends any more time losing his heart to you.
And if the guy you like is a good guy and wants to be in a relationship with you, then give it a try!
