Well, the only tatoos I have are permanent eyeliner with black lines in my upper and lower eyelids and a light gold line on my upper eyelids and permanet eyebrow color.
The eyebrows hurt quite a bit, but the eyelids where CRAZY it really hurt and I couldn't move because I didn't want the needle in my eye.
my mom has the same tatoos as me PLUS lip liner. She said the lips hurt the most of all.

Um you need to research that. Getting a tattoo on your lower back means if you ever have to have a baby then it will have to be all natural. Might want to reconsider your location.
