Whenever it turn cold in autumn or warm in spring my teeth will ache. It's very annoying and can be extremely painful at times. Why do my teeth do this?

The same thing happens to me, but for some reason it tends to be worse when I'm walkng fast/running. Sometimes I even feel it when I run in the summer.

I've been this way all my life and so far no other problems have come from it. I don't know for sure, but I think it might be sinuses (like the others said) because sometimes my inner ears hurt at the same time and ears are actually connected to the sinus cavity. I hope this helped....

Oh yeah. The "old timers" at work, years ago used to tell me this. I didn't take it too seriously back then. But ya know what? They were right!!! I've got a bad knee, and an ankle that I shattered 32 years ago, that are better weather forecasters than any on tv. And my fingers and knuckles let me know, if they don't. Another tidbit of wisdom learned, as the years go by.

Sinus trouble or sensitive teeth. Try medications for allergy or special toothpaste for your teeth.
