my mom has this rooster that crows for 3 hours non-stop starting at 5 am. He crows really loud cant stand it...anytips on what to do in a non abusive way??

If he is allowed to run free then there is no way to stop him. If he stays in a coop or chicken house, you can lock the doors and not allow him out in the morning, it also helps to block the windows so no light gets in. Other than that call KFC and see if they need some chicken.

2: You can't stop a rooster from crowing. It's virtually their JOB.
Solution? Keep it in a pen at night, so it doesn't see the sun when it rises, then let him out after it's risen and when you've already woken up.

You ever thought of penning him up early in the morning in a sound proofed shed? He might still crow but at least it wont be as annoying.

not much you can do cept cut out its vocal cords
or eat it
