never too soon! at least not until I'm not sure about myself liking the person. it happened that my friends would make fun about the guy i liked and just had met, and so I stopped seeing him... sometimes I still regret, he was so sweet and is a childrens doctor now. they laughed at him because he drank his tea in a funny way! if only I had waited until gaining more confidence about this relationship... well I'm very happy with another man now..

Depends on how close you are to your friends. For me, it was about two months. It's long enough that if it is not meant to be, there won't be this awkwardness but short enough so your friend don't wonder who the heck you girlfriend is.

If you like them, it's an appropriate 4th date activity to hang out with your friends, so like after two or so weeks. Make sure you talk her up to your friends first so they'll be nice to her and, more importantly, remember her name.

Whenever you feel comfortable, right away is ok too. Sometimes when you wait too long, you lose that good opportunity to introduce them to your friends.
