If you take notice the USA military have caught the top Insurgents about 10 times since the Iraq war started. How many "TOP" insurgents are there?

Yup, they've caught the top insurgents, which is why insurgent attacks are down......oh wait. I don't think you can call someone the "top" insurgent. And if you could, then there would be someone else who would then become the top who was previously second to the top. They are trying to make it sound good since they're catching all these bad guys. Rather then fixing the problems that cause insurgents, it is easier to just catch some of them.

Like the man said, they are like cockroaches, they multiply so fast. In many ways, they resemble cockroaches except for their inability to survive. Eventually, they will all be gone and we can get on with more important things in life, but they'll have their 72 virgins, so it will be a win, win situation for all.

They keep naming new ones, did you think they would just say oh well, I guess we lose. When President Kennedy was killed did we not name a new president. Yes, right away.
This is where my Mom would have told you to think before speaking or in this case typing.
