I would take her to the vet just to be safe. Let them know what is going on and you might even want to take a small sample for them to test if they need to. Make sure she gets plenty of water so she does not dehydrate.

No vet necessary. The dog has just an upset stomach. The yellow bile is very minor and passes quickly.

My dogs puke the yellow stuff when they get too much of something in their systems. For instance, the sugar content of a few licks of ice cream or a few salty chips that fell on the floor.

If they stick to dog food, they'll be fine.

Has this been going on for a while or a short time? Have you changed her food (brand, flavor, etc) recently at all? She may just simply have an upset stomach. That can make a dog sick when the food is switched suddenly. Either way I'd at least call the vet & ask about it.

It does sound like worms..dogs need de-wormed several times throughout their first year..
Sometimes they will do that for a couple of days before they up-chuck something they shouldn't have eaten, such as large bone chunk or aluminum foil or plastic milk cap.

Keep an eye on her, if she continues she could dehydrate. Could of been something she ate. Hope she didn't eat chocolate, could make her very sick. If it persists til the morning, see the vet.
