I need to know what Herbal Tea can help remove dizziness. I have dizziness and headaces due to a previous neck injury, head injury and TMJ. I also am taking metformin, norvasc and atenolon on a daily basis. can some ou there share any info on this with me?

the very mild effect herbal tea has is no match for those powerful medications
fresh mint tea: get fresh mint from the produce section, chop it up and brew, I like it in plain ole tea (ty-phoo teabags) with sugar
ginger tea: fresh ginger chopped up or grated, fresh lemons sliced up, put in a pot of boiling water, simmer 15 minutes with the lid on, strain into mug, I like a little sugar in it, or honey

Try plain green tea. Unless you clear it with your doctor I wouldn't try any herbals that could counteract your medicines.
