I have really horrible headaches (also dizziness), painful stomach cramps, I have diarrhea every 5 minutes and it comes out bloody, I feel like vomiting but haven't yet, and I haven't been able to eat as much as usual not even more then half a sandwich, what's wrong with me?

I'm sick and I don't know whats wrong with me, can u help me out?
I have really horrible headaches (also dizziness), painful stomach cramps, I have diarrhea every 5 minutes and it comes out bloody, I feel like vomiting but haven't yet, and I haven't been able to eat as much as usual not even more then half a sandwich, what's wrong with me? The blood has just started coming out this morning but has stopped a few hours ago. But the rest of the symptoms started about 3 days ago. The headache and dizziness is has gone away. I heard it may be salmonella but I need to hear a nurse's or doctors opinion.

Salmonella is possible. Do you know any of your friends that have the same symptoms and ate the same food that you did in the last few days?
If you go to the doctor they may give you fluids to replace what you have lost and that will help you feel better and prevent a more serious problem.
There are a few common food borne viruses that could cause your symptoms and usually you feel really sick for a day or two sometimes longer and then you get better. But if you loose very much blood or other fluids you could get seriously ill.
Think back about where your food has come from in the past few days and see if someone else also go sick from it. If you got bad food at school some other students are also sick and all of you should report your symptoms to your school nurse or the health department.

Yo, you need to see a physician right away. Any signs of blood from the rectum couldn't be good. If the symptoms have been going on for a few days it could something serious. Go get checked out.

Many things can happen to you if this is left unchecked, including dehydration, anemia, loss of consciousness, shock. You should assume the worst and hope for the best...GO to the doctor! Don't waste time asking a machine that can't do anything about your problem. I'm sure your Mommy would tell you to go.

if your stool is bloody than you need to get ur lil b-hind into see a doctor, your family Dr, walk in clinic Dr., anything. Blood in the stool can be a simple as a tear in the lining of your anus or a hemmorage somewhere within your digestive track. Simply stated u need medical attention!!

I'm sure you're exhuasted too.Go NOW to the emergency room of a trusted hospital.
I hear "I havent got the money" but funerals cost money too.GET TO THE HOSPITAL.
A dr appointment would be fine if your health wasnt so critical.Waiting til tomorrow will only make you worse off.
You have all reason to go to the hospital and no excuse not to.Go now.

Sounds like a bleeding ulcer. Go to the doctor! Do not mess around. This could be fatal.

Sounds bad! Could be numerous things, but apparently it's time to go to the doctor! If you have blood coming out of places it shouldn't, it's time to visit the doctor & make sure it isn't somthing life threatening!

You should get checked for a bleeding ulcer of a gastro/intestinal bleed!
Get to the Dr ASAP/could be very serious!!!

You don't mention how long this has been going on. guess I would ask if you have eaten raw spinach in the past week to ten days.....but if your stool has blood in it, I would strongly suggest you see a doctor.

Sound's to me like you have food poisoning...you need to go to the ER, NOW......don't take chance's...bloody diarrhea is not a good thing......GO...
