If you can breathe and talk, it did not go down the "wrong pipe"---the trachea. If it did you wouldn't be typing on your computer.
You could have a chunk stuck in the "right pipe", the esophagus. Drink water, or try swallowing a mouth-full of bread (chewed, of course) to force the chunk down.
If truy worried, go to an emergency room.

go to the closest walk in clinic since it will need to be removed if you can't cough it up. If you feel like it is lodged do not start to cough if you haven't been you don't want it to move down instead of up.

you need to get to er and have them check it out and get it out you don't want wind aspirating it in your lungs or wind up in respiratory distress
