The 1st time I got the cramp it lasted 20 minutes. The second time was 3 hours and the last time it was 4 hours. I can not put any weight on the foot and you can't touch it, it hurts so bad. It doesn't swell but you can see where the muscle is . My foot is also pushed in at an angle and can not be moved or touched. It is affecting my knee, which I had surgery on 2 years ago, making it lock and making lose my balance. My whole left leg has been affected by this cramp.

This sounds pretty bad, I would go to a doctor, of course! Are you getting enough water? I know this sounds silly but when I am dehydrated my muscles tend to get tighter...more easy on me than most folks. Also, if you have any extra weight, that could be it, too. My doctor told me I could stand to lose some weight for the benefit of my knees and feet. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

I know I'll spell this wrong but, have you had your leg checked for claudication? I have a circulation problem, and my ankle hurt like it was broke, until I seen a doctor.
