I have lost quite a lot of weight, but my face is still a little big, whats the best form of excercise to lose fat from your face.....does chewing gum help.........

Exercise will obviously help you lose some weight, but your diet will be important too - go for low-fat meals and options.

At the end of the day, the only way to lose weight (and this includes fat off your face) is to burn more calories than you consume.

Congrats! On the weight loss i mean. not the face part. Well I agree with Ang. If there are other parts of your body that you want to lose weight, continue you amazing weight loss routine! But don't try to become stick skinny. You need to have a proportional body. Being really skinny doesn't look good if your body doesn't look proportional. Your face should match your body soon. Don't worry too much about it. It didn't get chubbier; you're just not used to see your original face with your new body. Drink a lot of water and eat apples and other fruits. They're supposed to give you really nice skin and make your face look more lean. I hope that helps. facial fat is a total body fat. The only way to decrease facial fat is to lose overall fat. This can only be done through diet and excercise and can most quickly be done by a good running/jogging jump rope regimen. Start running 3-5 days a week for at least 20 min and your overall fat % will decrease and your skin will get tighter to your body.

Not really. When you loose body fat it comes off evenely throught the body. It is a common mith that working out a specific area actually helps you loose weight in that area(Though it looks nice and toned when the weight does come off) Just do lot's of cardio. I also gain weight in my face it comes off when I am religious about cardio and good eating.....only other option is face lipo and haircut that frame your face.
