I purchased American Girl dolls for my daughters for Christmas. The clothes are OUTRAGEOUS! Other than e-Bay which I check often, can you refer any websites or retail stores I can check? Thanks so much! Also, if you know anyone who makes doll clothes, I would appreciate any contact information.

Target has great knock-offs. I got my daughter a real American Girl doll and a lot of accessories for her recent birthday. Then she took the target gift-cards she received from others to Target and got lots more stuff for "jess" that she was very happy with, she doesn't care that they are from Target and not american girl.

I got hand made ones on ebay. They fit American girls dolls perfectly. Look for a seller with a great reputation. Other then that, they have similar clothing at a craft store called Michaels.

ebay is the best place. American girl.com has monthly specials so once in a while some clothes can be found cheap.
