Hi everyone, so I am trying to name a bar that is on the corner of 6th Ave and K Street. I need to use themes that go with the rest of the property where the bar is. We have a rooftop bar named Altitude, being that the bar is on the ground floor I am trying to go with sort of the opposite of Altitude. Its street number is 660. Thanks for your help, and if I choose what you suggest, I will for sure let you know!

With a name like Altitude for the upper level bar, I have to ask if this property is on...or near....an airport of any kind. If so, then I have a whole slew of ideas for names that just wouldn't fit if the bar isn't associated with aircraft.
(I'm an airplane fanatic & I'll check back to see if you clarify for me. But I won't bore you with answers that might not suit.)

I loved the first answer.
"Bottoms Up" just as catchy as "Cheers" for the name of a bar.
I also like "Ground Control" but not so catchy
Maybe "Major Tom's" but you'd have to check copywrite on the one.
Seriously go with MTgurl's answer.
So many drink name and specials can be tailored to the theme.

try a Gaelic translation, of common Irish words: like Pub, or Gaelic translation of corner bar thing of that sort. Good Luck...Sealbh!

The Dungeon and go with a dungeon theme, all dark with midevil trappings. Have your waitresses be made up like wenches.
