I would argue yes. The Creation was completed by God, and it was Him who created every blade of grass which is upon the earth.
So if a person was to justifiably claim land in the name of God is reasonable- the Christian crusaders claimed Jerusalem in the name of the Church, believing it to be their rightfully given Holy City.

If your Dad gave you a piece of land and he is alive, you can have the confidence that that's a fact, and you have the right over that piece of land. God has existed for ever and ever, so, if He decided to give you a piece of land, that's forever yours. Read Exodus 19:5

lets face it if all there doing is claiming a piece of land shouldnt you be asking yourself is suideside bombing and the mass murder of hundereds innocent of poeple "because god told you to" really justifable in the 21st centry?

Well, no one owns anything really. How can people bottle and sell water? It's a natural, easily obtainable commodity. Same thing. Land belongs to no one at all.
