"For ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23. Of course they can. Christ died for the whole world. The question is not what is God willing to do. He's done His part. The question is, how will the sinner respond to God's grace. Will he/she repent and obey. If not, he/she has not truly given his/her life to the Lord at all. btw Gays are no more or less sinners than anyone else. Sin is sin, and if it goes unrepented from, it will result in separation from God.

God created us in his/her image. The Omnipotent Creator is just that, omnipotent. All knowing, all understanding. How can we even begin to think we understand the divine plan of the Almighty?
The Almighty created us, ALL of us, to be a part of this plan. If you are gay/lesbian it is because that is how you were meant to be. God does not make mistakes. People make mistakes, in our actions and thoughts and deeds and when we sin and cause others sorrow. When two people find love together, it is reason for joy. Is that not the message, "love one another"?
People have not changed much over the eons. Thousands of years ago, we had the same fears and prejudices that we have today. We ridicule what we don't understand. It would be foolish to think that these prejudices would not have found their way into ancient scriptures. Again, we are not perfect. We sin and cause others sorrow. How do we TRULY know God's thoughts on homosexuality? We don't. We rely on scriptures, christian, muslim, jewish. etc. to guide our lives. These words were inscribed by the hand of man and are therefore imperfect. We must listen to the deeper message. My understanding of The Message is; praise God, be a good person, do no harm, try to be forgiving, care about my fellow {wo}man and the creatures of this earth and try not to judge others. Sometimes I fail, but I keep trying.
The world would be a much happier place if all people, straight, gay, bi, trans and anyone else I can think of, gave their life to God. However, there will always be the sinners who harm, exploit, torture and murder without remorse. All we can do is pray that they find The Way.

When you give your life to the Lord you choose to FOLLOW Him.
You said it yourself:
yes i know that God says that its an abomination and that its not right and that they wont enter the kingdom
Yes we should show love and, yes, we should stop pointing fingers but, no, we should NOT water down His message.
Eternity is a long time. Don't screw it up.

Yes, I think ur right the Lord will make the change . We must go out there and talk to them about the word and the love that God has for all of us. As believers in the Lord we need to love them and not judged them.

Sure. You simply have to recognize that the cross you bare, the sin you are tempted to commit is greater magnitude than most. The up side is that your sacrifice of abstaining from this sin is a great offering indeed.
It is not the temptation that is the sin; Christ was tempted far more than you or me. It is the willingness to act on the temptation that is the sin.
You must understand that your sexuality is the part of you necessary to complete the covenant of marriage. It is the self giving love that is to be given completely, forever and openly for life. To give yourself without these, you lie with your body in a way that is the desecration of a sacrament akin to Christ giving his body for our sins.
Be careful not to reduce your sexuality to only the physical.

Yes, you can! You can also give your life to the Lord if you are pornographer, a gambler, a coward, a liar, an adulterer, ...etc
There is nothing that can stop you from giving your life to the Lord except your own free will! When you give your life over to God, He will cleanse you of your sins. Perhaps it will be all of a sudden, but most of the time it is gradual. Eventually, those things will no longer be a temptation and you will be truly FREE! Yay, God:)

heck yes. im 100% against gay marriage. however, even though the bible points it out as an abomination, i still think gays can go to heaven. im not totally sure if being gay is a sin, i think its rather wrong personally. but we all sin in life. so you can still give your heart to God even though some things dont 100% go with the bible.
best wishes,
Polo

I think that we are all sinners, not just gays. Even after we accept Christ, we still commit sins. If we are sincerely sorry for our sins, He will forgive us ... whether we are gay or straight. Satan will continue to tempt us, trying to get us to fall into sin. Through the strength that God gives, we can resist. It's is a daily battle between good [God] and evil [Satan]. We should love all of our brothers and sisters and not judge each other. You'll find it in the Bible ... You who are without sin, cast the first stone ... and ... Judge not, lest you be judged. We are human, and prone to judging others. We must pray for the strength to leave that job to the only One who is supposed to do it, God. God bless!

...I agree with you.. (tho I believe heaven comes to earth:)
-- All humans are imPerfect (sinners, flawed) - God also "hates divorce" etc.. We're all forgiven. I think it is a "false gospel" that says we have to get right and then we can come to the Lord (fear). And it just won't, and doesn't work! It's the drawing close (to God and Jesus) which transforms us.. Both saves us, and transforms us and continues to transform us.. Satan and the 1/3 rebel angels alway try to instill fear even in Christians.. so we "follow all the rules" and preach the rules.. and the world remains blinded and even hates God..

If you want to remain in the life style....No, for the same reason why a rapist who wants to continue raping can't give his life to the Lord.
No servant can serve two masters. For either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to one, and despise the other Luke 16:13
However, He will take you just as you are if you give Him your whole heart with a desire to change. He will help you change when you submit to His will. He loves you.
