i have friends that are cops and they said he hasnt done anything help me any ideas?? i am really scared the thing is i have shown NO interest at all in him

action vs reaction. Stalk him back and pretend as if u r a stalker too. In the end he will give up. Otherwise if u let him see that u r scared , he will absolutely continue. get my advice... regards...

First things first. Calm down. Take 2 steadying breaths. Okay ready to go on? Now change your phone number and get it unlisted. Buy a telephone recording device and if and when he calls again record the conversation. After you have a2 or 3 recordings of him then go to the police. Tell them you changed phone number and are unlisted. Be sure to change cell phone number at the same time. This will show the police that you have done what you can to stop his harassment. He will officially become a stalker. Do you live in an apartment? If you do be sure your manager know what is going on maybe he can move you to another apartment. Arrange to have a friend call you at a certain time every day just to check on you. Good luck . I will include you in my prayers.

Here is the definition of stalking.....
the act or crime of willfully and repeatedly following or harassing another person in circumstances that would cause a reasonable person to fear injury or death esp. because of express or implied threats; broadly : a crime of engaging in a course of conduct directed at a person that serves no legitimate purpose and seriously alarms, annoys, or intimidates that person
NOTE: Stalking is often considered to be aggravated when the conduct involved also violates a restraining order protecting the victim.
If any of the above has occurred, then you need to talk to a lawyer about this, and see what he/she says to do....someone who stalks someone else, the chances are they can end up for the worse, and don't want that to happen.

hmm need more details but make sure your not alone take some self defense classes and learn to utilize your resources around learn how to survive in your world
have courage and believe in your self and make sure the police have his name and address and phone number.
make sure your friends know and family
and be prepared to rock and roll if you need to
the most important thing though if anything is to control you fear.
close your mind and see your fear and invision yourself holding it down controling it and not letting it control you life
you must have control over yourself before you can conquer anything else
other than that be strong and faith in yourself

Get a surveillance camera so that you can have proof and write down each and every occasion that you see this person.

nah just calm down and if he doesn't stop then do things that will make him not stalk you. like whatever you're not used to doing then do it maybe he'll find your life uninteresting.
