They both are same..

Freeware are free programs which you don have to buy and u get full version at no cost

Others are paid only or shareware. In Shareware, you will get the right to use full program for some time or only some features. It is also called Demo software

Freeware is a totally free version of software.
Many times there is a big brother or Pro version they want you to buy.

They are the exact same thing. Shareware is when you're charged a nominal fee after a trial period if you confused those two.
