There isn't a "right age" it's whenever you feel ready to take care of the child, have the responsibility... Like when you are financially stable and have the time and dedication to give to the child...

i would say think about the life you want them to have, where you want to take them, what clothes and shoes you'd like them to wear, the toys you want for them to learn AND play with. now how do u provide all this for them ?? well. u start with a place for them to live, for the toys n comfort zone u want to create for them, the place for them to come home to from wherever you take them. n of course u need $$ to buy the clothes and keep the home and of course to go anywhere. otherwise, if your unemployed n depending on welfare, you'll only be walking with your kids to the thrift stores and the park. that's all u'd be able to afford. the $$ u earn provides for the dreams u want to come true. especially for your kids. another thing u never plan for is work and child care. on the talk shows young girls always wanna have babies, well they all eventually get to a point where they're unhappy n frustrated becuase they have to start work AND care for their baby. and then it's all of a sudden two jobs. the time u are actually with ur kids, ur angry at them for not giving you time for yourself. cuz it always seems like u gotta go back to work in a few hours. but if you're established and confident in your home & your career and then have kids, then the little bit of time u actually spend with your kids does not go to waste. with kids you gotta dream big.. big enuff for your future and theirs. good luck. ** sorry i talk to much !! **

when you are emotionally, physically, and financially stable.
babies are a lot of work and if you think that they don't cost a lot of money...get a dog. take it to the vet every month. you'll get the picture.
