Many assume there is a purpose to everything...a good purpose...so take a guess at what that might be.

God IS NOT CRUEL. Man made a choice and the result is cruelty.

It all goes back to Satan being the ruler of this earth (your other question), and how that effects the earth and its choices. When Christs Kingdom returns, there will be NO MORE DEATH, NO DISEASE, NO AIDS, SYPHILLIS, ALS, CANCER, BLINDNESS, TORTURE, HATE, OR ANYTHING NEGATIVE to put up with. Why? Because it does not have to be tolerated.

Everyone will be given the same opportunity to a resurrection and the true religion and whether or not they accept this truth and have a good heart will depend on whether they have a future or not. However, god does NOT have a burning hell, and in Rev. 20:14 it shows where both Death and Hell are destroyed in the 2nd death, eternal desruction or the Lake of Fire, which is also spoken of in Acts Ch. 5, where Ananais & Sapphira die the 2nd death, or eternal death for lying to the Holy Spirit. So, God's kingdom will be peaceful, loving full of people all believing the exact same thing, with a true Bible accuracy.

First, you assume by your question that God takes an active hand. She may have created the system, but let it basically run. Thus, good and bad will both happen.

There's also free will. God refuses to intervene because to do so would trample across free will.

Our lives here could be a training period for whatever happens later. We may need to understand good and bad so that we're more prepared when we move on.

People can think they know the answers to these kinds of questions, but unless God came and talked to you directly and clearly, you can't know. You can only guess.

We as humans are the cause of cruelty and suffering in His universe. God granted us free will so that we would be able to choose to either follow Him or turn away. Our sin is the root cause of how messed up the world is all the way back to the original sin.

God is not the one to blame.

From what I have studied, my understanding of cruelty being added to the universe is an important one. It is called having us learn and with out "bad" things to deal with it is impossible to learn much of anything.

Poossibly because we have the God provided ability to chose things; and to facilitate cruelty we need to see non-cruelty. We can then chose cruelty or non-cruelty.

Since we all have free will, God does not stop us when we do cruel things. He wants us to choose to love Him and follow Him. Your human mind will never be able to comprehend His ways. He has richly blessed me and my family. That doesn't mean we haven't had hard times. But He's seen us through them all.

Read the bible.... Humans need to stop all the crazyness and come together as god children. The cruely that goes on in this universe is done by humans.. crime, war, etc, is done by us... If we don't stop, we will self destruct. That's what we need to learn..

Another dumb question. He allows cruel things because he is cruel, pure logic applied to religion.
