Of course, you know how driving regulations are in the States! If they catch him without a license they'll put him in jail and god knows what might happen to him in there! We might turn out with a GAY jesus! What will the good old Christians say about that?

Yes but he will be allowed to drive with a slightly higher blood alcohol level than regular people.
