Jesus death that you ask about was of the flesh. His spirit did not die, much as our own will not die.
We were created eternal beings. The only thing we have to do is decide where we want to spend eternity, with our creator or without him. That is free will.

I have answered the same question several times but I don't think I will ever say enough. If you look in the Genealogy of Jesus in the Book of Luke, read 2Samuel 7:13-17 and then read 1Chronicle 22:10, then you will know why Jesus or God's other chosen people are called His son and He, their father. Few major religions made Him the Divine Son of God which is a big blasphemy if you will really take note of what were written in the Old Testament but what can we do? These religions are so powerful that they think they are also God themselves and have the authority to tell people what to believe.

God created Adam from dust not clay(Genesis 2:7- "the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.") Jesus is His Son, because He was created by the Holy Spirirt which is God, therefore He is His Son. Also, Matthew 3:17: "And a voice from Heaven said, 'This is my Son, whom I love; with Him I am well pleased."

First off, Jesus was and is God as part of the the triune Godhead. He died physically, but His spirit lived on and inhabited His resurrection body. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit never died, just the physical being known as Jesus. Secondly, Jesus was not "created" in Mary, Jesus as God always existed. He took human form in the womb of Mary, but she had nothing to do with His "creation".

Jesus existed as God's son before the virgin mary was ever born.. .. God just used her body to perform a miracle and bring Jesus into the world as a man.

God transformed Jesus to human form through Mary; Jesus existed in the beginning (John 1).

First thing... Jesus is God... when he walked among men he was both fully God and fully man... God did not die on the cross... God left the mortal body when all of the sin of mankind entered it... that is when the man Jesus cried out asking God why he had forsaken him... This is not an easy concept to accept... but it is The Truth

Only God can create a human being of flesh and bone without the sperm of a man.
Jesus said,"My father and I are one."
