Okay Well On My School Bus This Guy Keeps Stabbing Me With Pencils And Nobody cares if i tell the driver or the teacher in any of my hours.Dont say violence isnt the answer cuz they are being soo mean its not funny so today i just kicked him outof my seat and he went flying to the one beside me and i said "execuse Me I didnt Hear What U Said Try Repeating It" And He likes me but iam tired of his shi*!!!! Wat can i do to hurt him!! Muahaha lol

You need to stand up to him and tell him to stop. Don't be a wimp, stand up when he is seated, look straight into his eyes and be strong with out threatening him. Don't use foul language or violence. Tell him to grow up and stop acting like a 7 year old, tell him his behavior is stupid. Be sure not to say that HE is stupid, just his behavior. Don't take any more abuse from him. Be strong!

Avoid such situations if possible. If not, decide beforehand just how violent you want to be. Are you prepared for the violence to escalate? How far are you willing to take this? Is there a chance that he will follow your lead and an all our fight break out? While sometimes you have to stand up to a bully and punch him, you should figure out first how far you are willing to go with a fight. Anytime you start something, be ready and willing to finish it. If you cannot finish it, you will be worse off than before. Also be ready to be called the bad guy regarding disciplinary action at school. No school authority will condone such a reaction from a student. Some parents won't either.
Your best resource is your parents. If school authorities will not listen, get your parents involved.
How old are you? Don't answer on-line. Just consider that you may be old enough to face legal charges. Don't go to jail over this fellow. If he is old enough, you may be able to press charges against him. If not, you may be able to charge the school with neglect. Fighting should be the last option availed.
Then, as a last resource, fight the bully. Fight for all you are worth until victory is established. Once he yields, IMMEDIATELY stop. Anything else is revenge and will not be tolerated. Be ready to continue the fight in case the surrender was a trick. But stop when he is beaten or suffer the consequences.

The point of school is to confront things. STand up for yourself and tell him the truth. "Stop Stabbing me with your pencils, it hurts.". Get your friends to stand up for you too. If this doesn't work, talk to an adult, a counselor would be best.

kick him in the nuts. tell your school counselor or have one of your bigger guy friends scare him. tell him that you are not interested in him and you are tired of him hurting you. Start a nasty rumor about him.

get all cozy to him, reach up, run your fingers into his hair, smile, pretend you're going to kiss him, then grab his ears, jerk his head down and slam your knee up to his nose.
