I am wondering please does anyone know the calorie content of a banana??

I generally count them as 100 calories if they are a regular size. I would assume if they are larger it would be more and if they were smaller it would be less, but as a general rule I've always seen them around 100 calories.

Yep, about 100 calories. But even if it were more, they are good calories and a great source of potassium!
