My wife and I have taught our daughters about modesty since they were old enough to understand the concept (maybe about age 4). We've taught them to be modest whenever there is a man or boy in the house (dad included).

Well for me it was at age 11-12 and that was also when my father didnt treat me like a little girl anymore and more like an adult. I think ever girl knows when its there time to be modest

It depends on the girl I guess, but usually when they realize the differences between males and females. Around 7 or 8 years of age.

for me it was once i hit puberty...everything changed between my dad and i...he felt uncomfortable holding my hand or me sitting on his lap...as i did as well. so i guess that was around 12yrs old for me. plus i had younger brothers and i remember one time my brother made a comment on how i had big boobs...lol...even though at the time i was barely an A, but he noticed that i was changing as well....it's an awkward time in a young girls life..was for me anyway.
