A six-year-old girl was killed in an arson attack on her family home by men who disapproved of a relationship her older brother was having with a teenager, a court heard today.
Alisha Begum, the youngest of 12 children in her Bangladeshi family, became the innocent victim of an attempt to warn her sibling off seeing the 15-year-old when a blaze swept through her Birmingham home earlier this year, prosecutors said.
Two men went on trial today at Birmingham Crown Court accused of her murder and the attempted murder of nine of her relatives who escaped from the property in Bayswater Road, Aston, during the fire.
Hussain Ahmed, a 26-year-old dentist, and Daryll Tuzzio, 18, both from Birmingham, deny all the charges, including an additional count of arson with intent to endanger life.

Is it a first crime happening in the world ?? Why when other criminals do something no body cares about their religion but when a muslim does something every body is curious about their religion????????
Just go to your countries statistics and see each year how many criminals are mulsim and how many are non muslim and then see what percentage of muslims will be criminals and what percentage of non muslims .
Crime is a crime and criminal is criminal no matter what race or religion they have. If a white man is a serial murderer and kills 34 women like what happend in BC canada and he was christian , should all white men or Christians be blamed or just himself ?????

Unfortunately we can't stop it because our world leaders turn a blind eye to it, as much as you may dislike president bush he is at least trying to get world leaders to join in the fight against terrorism and violence, until that happens there will be no peace in this country and the atrocities will continue to spread.

Afganistan they chopped off the head of a young girl who wed a boy her age after a 61 year old man had purchased her before she was at the age to wed. These two young lovers ran away and was caught and since she was no longer a virgin and that is what he paid for he had her head sawed off. It is in the yahoo.com news section.

That had nothing to do with religion you ignorant ****. This was purely based on culture. That Honor killing crap usually comes from south asia but ive never seen an arab kill his own daughter for "honour"
