First of all, You are not a loser!!!! You don't allow other people to define who you are. Not your family, boyfriend or anybody. As far as a dead end....You can always turn around. You don't have to be stuck at a dead end. When you come to a dead end in your car what do you do? You turn around and find another way. That is what you have to do is turn around and find another way. As far as your boyfriend is concerned...He is just that...A boyfriend and they come a dime a dozen now a days so if he wants to act crazy let him but don't go with him. Take time to clear your head, get it together and become the person you know you are. Tonight do something that makes you feel great, be it doing your nails, or eating a gallon of Blue Bell Ice cream. Do it and start tomorrow off by looking in the mirror and saying, I am somebody!!! I am not a loser!!! and Today is a wonderful day.

Start reading about others lives. You will find out that many of today's great leaders felt the same way. So first of all, realize your emotion is a common one. Second, just change your life patterns. When life is tough, learn from the past, do not give up and realize each decision you make will shape your future. Even if you have made a lot of bad ones, it is always today's decision that can change everything. ALSO realize it will not happen over night@!

First thing you need to do is stop beating yourself up and buying into other peoples judgements of you. A complete change of perspective would do wonders to draw positive events into your your life. You are not a loser! You may have had some bad breaks in life, but you can change that. Maybe find someone you can trust, not family or friends, someone objective, then talk to them about the things that concern and trouble you. A fresh perspective can inspire you to great things. Hang in there, we all reach those valleys sometimes.

Oh friend- I have been in your spot many many times! And i know how lonely and alone u feel right now. NOONE should ever have to go thru that. Spend some time getting to know you-YOURSELF! Do little things for yourself that you know u love. Take a hot steamy candle lite bubble bath weith scented bath beads. Buy a new pair of socks! New socks rock!!! Feel so comphy and warm! Splurge and order a pizza with everything u love on it! Rent some movies u love that noone else ever seems to want to watch but you. Its amazing how good you feel when others do these things for you- and it still feels great when u do them for yourself too! Love begins with yourself! Things will get better. Sometimes life throws alot of crap at us- and it feels like it would be easier to step in front of a bus BUT things always do get better- life turns itself around- and things will get better slowly! Pamper yourself for a change!!!!

Deal with the problems you're having. Maybe the first problem is that you're thinking so negatively about everything. I'm sure your family and boyfriend love you even if they're giving you a hard time sometimes. Just have some self confidence and prove them wrong by fixing all that's been bothering you lately. Good luck!

My advice is to get to the docs! No shame in going on some pills to help you through a rough patch. A good friend who can take your mind off things is a help too.
I have been there, it does feel pretty $h1tty but there will be a time when that is in the past. Right now you need to go to the docs, tell them how you are feeling and also ask about the possiblity of counselling. Sounds scary but it really helps.
Take care

You need to take some time for yourself. Go home, lock yourself in your room with some chocolate or ice cream, turn on your favorite episode of "friends" and let all of your worries fade away. I'm sure your family doesn't think you're a loser and whatever your b/f is mad at you about, then just talk it out with him. You'll be fine!

Well i'm sorry to hear nothing is going right for you. I would try to talk to your family to smooth things over with them and ask them why they think you are a loser, i'm sure they won't think that if you are their daughter. If they do then they are not being good parents. I wish you the best and I hope you get your life back on track.
