All of the INNOCENT range.

Without these my life wouldn't be worth living!! They have really changed my life and my diet.

They are all pretty delicious on their own, but try any of the red berry type ones with Asda's Diet Cranberry drink (half n half). Also any of the mango or orange ones with Diet Bitter Lemon (again half n half) - DELICIOUS!!

I know that they are probably the most expensive of all the smoothies out there, but when you realise that some of the Innocent smoothies give you all your daily recommended portions of fruit for the day in one 250ml portion, they are well worth it..

Don't forget to drink an equal amount of water after you've drunk a smoothie as they are very high in fibre, and the water will help your body to digest it more effectively.

Berry SmoothieBlueberries, strawberries and peaches are combined with vanilla yogurt, ice, and sugar substitute (Splenda) for this lower-calorie drink.Ingredients:
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 cup strawberries
• 1 cup sliced peaches
• 3 cups ice
• Splenda
• 1 cup vanilla yogurt

Method:
Mix the berries together in a blender; add ice, yogurt and Splenda (to taste, about six of the small packets). Turn the blender on high and blend until smooth; then pour into a large cup.
Notes:
Frozen fruit will do. But fresh is better.

Number of servings: 4
