The third commandment is "thou shalt not use the Lords name in vain". This is not blasphemy of the Holy Spirit as the unforgivable sin is described.
Consider what is using the Lords name in vain?

How about calling him Lord or Christ when you dont really believe that.
How about calling the Master; Master when you dont really mean it.

Or how about using his name when your disgusted with something?

Matthew 12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy [against] the [Holy] Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

Here is the unforgivable sin as mentioned in Matthew. There are only a couple of ways to commit blasphemy of the Holy Ghost. One of which is to give credit to evil for the blessings of God.
The largest would be to deny the sacrafice of Jesus Christ to the point of death, (which basically by doing so you are saying that His sacrafice was not enough to redeem you to God.)

God bless you have a great day.

Commandments are forgivable.

It is denying the holy spirit which is the unforgivable sin:

Mark 3:28-29

“Truly I say unto you, All their sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter: but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin: because they say, ‘He has an unclean spirit’.”

Scripture says that only the blaspheme against the Holy spirit is unforgivable. Through Christ's sacrificial death, there is forgiveness for every sin , even taking the Lord's name in vain.

Why shouldn't it be! It's like the saying "don't bite the hand that feeds you". God is providing blessings on your life and your wondering why using His name in vain is unforgivable? God sent His Son to die on the cross for your and my sins and your wondering why using His name in vain is unforgivable? God has done so many things for you and I, including showing us the clear path to eternal life. One of the things He asks is, show some respect, don't use my name in vain. Doing so would be turning your back on God your father and creator. It should be unforgivable.

"you must not take up the name of god in a worthless way for god will not leave the one unpunished who takes up his name in a worthless way" it does not say that it is unforgivable but it does say punished.we punish our children! god deserves respect as we do! but the main point: the #1 thing his name! god has a name as we do!satan has managed to have his name removed from most bibles but his name is still there psalms 83:18,1 cor.8:5-6. when people say the lords prayer they ask for his name to be santified matt6:9-10 but hardly any use it except his people ISA. 43:10-12 AND ACTS 15:14 ECT. I HOPE THIS HELPS . I KNOW YOU PROBABLY HAVE MORE QUESTIONS I KNOW I DID TOO!

#3 "Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain."

This dose not say this is unforgivable.. if you have done it you are guilty is all it says...there were then as there are now, people that do not think it is a sin to say God damn it and such other oaths... They are just as guilty as a believer who might slip and say it... But All can be forgiven those who come to God in The way He proscribes.

The only unforgivable sin is not excepting Jesus.

Is this some kind of riddle? (You write "why is 3'rd commandment unforgivable?" not "why is **BREAKING**the 3'rd Commandment unforgivable?")
