I am looking for a change and would like to move overseas. I don't neccesarily have to be in England, but an English speaking country is a must as I don't speak a foreign language.
I would like to either work for a year, attend grad school to earn a degree in Art History or Music History, or attend a professional cooking school.
How do I go about making such a move from the United States?
What are some cities to consider? I am fairly young (27) in food and wine, music, cultural activities.
How much should I plan on spending per month for living expenses? Is it hard for expats to find a job? How is the housing?
Any information would be helpful as I don't know where to start.

Thanks
