I weight 115, I am 5"3' and I consume around 2000 calories per day. If I eat less than that amount, i would easily loss weight and If I eat more than 2000 I would gain some weight, which is not a problem because I can lose it really fast.
Check this Website, Its VERY helpful! It will tell you how many calories you have to eat to maintain your weight. GOOD LUCK!

Hi Italiana!
Without knowing your basic metabolic rate (BMR) and exercise regimen, I would say about 2500 calories per day.
The way you could compute this is by using 1500 calories burned as your baseline BMR (basal metabolic rate). Then, add about 500-1000 calories per day depending on how active you are. Lastly, factor in workouts.
For example, if you just work a desk job or study all day, I would add only 500 calories. However, if you are a waitress or something that requires a lot of movement, add 1000 instead. Lastly, any workout you do that makes you sweat, add about 500 calories/hour.
This is a great question, since it gets at the key to gaining / losing weight. If your daily calorie burn is 2500, then if you consume more than this, you will gain weight, if you consume less than this, you will lose weight.

hey, i think the answer is 1500 cals but i recomend the silmfast website, thers alot of suport and free advice plus calculators to add up ur weight and then how many calories u should b intaking, it's free to resgistor too. im a member :) it helps people to maintain thier weight and to lose it

Here is a general equation that'll get you close: Take your body weight, multiply it by ten (1,200) and then multiply that number by your "activity multiplier." If you're mostly sedentary, your multiplier is 1.25. If you're moderately active, your multiplier is 1.3. If you're very active, your multiplier is 1.35. The number you come up with is roughly the number of calories you need to eat every day just to maintain what you have. In your case, you'd need about 1,500 calories if you're mostly sedentary, 1,560 if you're moderately active, and 1,620 calories if you're very active. This is NOT an exact science, but it's close...
