I found some pictures i liked on the internet, but its very small and when i try to make it bigger it becomes blurry. I have adobe photo shop but i cant seem to make the picture slightley larger, any idea wot software program would make it bigger without distortion? i am currentley running windows XP

Every picture is made up of pixels, the more pixels you have the larger you can make the picture without losing detail.
If you have a picture that is 500 by 500 pixels, and you enlarge it to 1000 by 1000 pixels you are going to get loss of quality because it's stretching the pixels, it would be impossible for a program to create new pixels to fill in the stretched ones!
Just either find another picture, stick with the small one or search www.google.com/images for your picture but larger

You can not make the picture larger without distortion. The only thing you could possibly do is find the same pic at a higher resolution. The reason you can't make it larger is because the information isn't there to fill in the pixels that are stretched as a result of trying to make the image larger. Sorry!

There is no such software .
Trust me.
There is a reason why they charge you money for particular large pictures on the internet.
Try and search more for larger images.
