If he is young and under age like you are, tell him that it's important to wait, finish school and do some growing up before making such an important decision.
If it's someone who is over 17 then tell your parents, a teacher or an adult who will listen to you and take you seriously and will help you. This person is crazy and a child molester and you should stay away from him.

You're 13. You're still growing and maturing. NO one is in a position to be making a life-long commitment to another person at 13. Most people aren't even mature enough to do it by 20!
Assuming you are good friends; Tell him what you feel. If you think you'd like to marry him one day then tell him that. If you don't then tell him that. But realistically you're not going to get married now, so tell him to hold his horses and chill out.
And from another angle; It might be that he thinks by telling you things like this that he can get in your pants. Especially if you don't know him very well, tell him to bugger off, send him a clear message that his tactics won't work on women.
I suspect he has a few emotional issues he needs to work through. Like setting realistic goals and plans, and not being too desperate or dependent.

There isn't much you can do. Unless your parents consent, you cant do it anyway. But, the fact of the matter is that you're a baby. You should be worried about school, having fun with your friends, etc. Not marriage. Thats for grown folks.

You could be in the wedding, but you definitely should NOT be the BRIDE! So tell him "thanks, but no thanks...!" Even if you feel you realy love this person, the last thing on your mind right now should be marriage! Don't feel bad about your decision, but be firm. (He shouldn't be asking a 13-year old in any case!)

I think you should wait until you are older. Marriage is a big deal and not to be taken lightly.

LMAO
Was it a little boy who asked you? If so, that's cute.
If it was someone older than you, tell your Mommy. The creep could be a pedophile.

Tell him that you will, AFTER you have finished your education, and started your career. If he can't wait that long, then he can certainly wait around long enough to hear this word, "NO!"
