My dad had the same problem, but he solved it at home without spending alot of money. His barber told him to massage his scalp to help soften and open his hair folicules. Before we knew it dad had more hair!!!

I wouldn't take the risk of anything surgical. I've read some scary stuff about it. You can massage your scalp and take your vitamins. The rugs look horrible and I'm sure you don't want to have to worry about putting glue and tape on your head. Don't let your hair run or ruin your life. Work with what you have now, keep it short,it will look like you have more. If you have a nice shaped head you could always use the clippers on it. Don't try to fight it to much, it's not worth the stress, just be your self.

There is no cure for common baldness, but surgical hair replacement can give you back a head of your own hair. Available since the 1950s, surgical hair replacement is a low-risk procedure. Check out the website below for more info on baldness.

Mine is thinning, with the dome showing on top.
Who cares, like the country song, "I ain't in love with your hair, and if it all fell out, I'd love you anyway"
If your vain, spend your dough, but I say why?, be who you are.
Start chasing vanity now and it leads to what....nothing.
