'what would Jesus do' before doing anything?
If you really want to do something...just do it, right and suffer the consequences. If you decided not to do something just because you contemplated 'what Jesus would do' then why were you even thinking about doing that action anyway!?

if you... 1.) if you believe the bible. 2.)if read the bible 3.) therefore, if you know already what Jesus said in the bible regarding how to act in this life then why do you need to ask the question?

you're right! if you had only goodness in your heart, you would never have to ask yourself that question.
what i want to know is why people with a WWJD bumper sticker (or like message) flip me off if i honk at them for cutting me off?
and i think jesus would use his turn signal, too.

I know men are bad about reading directions, but you are a female, Jesus is the ultimate example of how to do it right.
We can not do as well as Jesus did, we are not without sin, but it is good to look at the directions when we are not sure how things go together.
Everything is not subjective or relative, their is a right and wrong. The pure right is Jesus the pure wrong is satan and everything in life is somewhere in the middle.

...hmm.. guess I'll have to let you know once I'm Perfect.. and no negative impulses ever enter my brain.. A good time to ask it might be right after someone slaps me hard on the cheek.. do I punch 'em a good one, or like Jesus said, "turn to them the other cheek"? In such a case someone should probably get credit for even stopping to ask the question.. I fear in today's world it might get ya stoned.. and not in a good way either..

I guess it's because if you are a CHRISTian, then you're a follower of Christ and you're suppose to pattern your life after Him. Some people feel like they need that, but if you have the Holy Spirit dwelling in you, you don't have to worry about doing anything wrong all the time because He dwells in you and it it HE who does the work. (that's not to say that you'll never sin though), sin just wont be your master.
