There is no unlucky moment. Every day, hour and second was made by God. Whenever you were born was auspicious because God gave you the gift of life.

Feb 29 of any year.
At the very least there's always some joker ribbing you about being 1/4 your actual age.
Some would say Christmas or some other holiday that would steal attention from you and/or reduce your birthday loot, but others would count the distraction as lucky so it's a bit of a wash.

I would say 29th February cos you only get a birthday once every 4 years. Think of all the pressies you will miss out on!
