How do you use your keys to flip someone off?

I've seen a lot of posts where they use the buttons on their keyboard to do like this little man flipping you off. It's hilarious! Any ideas on how to do it? This is kind of like the "smiley" face concept. ;-)

lol I use to have that saved on my computer but lost it.
